Formatting guidelines

These values will be written to the meta table of the Ensembl database and are used in various places within the ensembl-webcode. Some of these uses are sensitive to spaces and special characters so it is important to follow the approximate formatting used above. The SPECIES.PRODUCTION_NAME in particular will be converted to lower case and used as the MySQL database name (operophtera_brumata_v1). Database names cannot contain punctuation or spaces so be sure to use only letters, numbers and underscores for this value.
